Peter and his friend from down the street recently found this enormous dandelion growing in our front yard.  It looks like several dandelions fused together, like conjoined twins of sorts.   

Peter wanted to submit it to the Guiness Book of World Records to have it declared the world’s largest dandelion.  I looked on the website for the Guiness Book of World Records, and learned that under the normal procedure, it takes quite some time for submissions to be reviewed by Guiness.  There is also an expedited review process when time is of the essence, but that costs several hundred dollars.  When Peter heard the price, he promptly abandoned his idea.

This flower is interesting, nonetheless.
