I’ve been trying for the past week to find someone who would be willing to plant the Green Giant Arborvitae trees for our neighbor and us.  The lady who had offered to plant them for us at the low, low price of only $10 per tree seems to have disappeared.  She didn’t call on Monday as she had promised, so we’ve decided to look elsewhere. 

I called several people with advertisements in the Ad Bulletin (the local free ad publication), but none have panned out thus far.  As of this evening, I may have a new prospect.  The guy who mowed the grass at my mother’s house last year contacted me to ask if I wanted to use his services again this year.  I found him to be very reliable, so I asked if he plants trees.  He does, so he’ll be stopping by one evening next week to assess our situation and decide whether he’s interested in the job.
